
Bright Nights Community Forum on "Understanding Bipolar Disorder" at Ypsilanti Library

The Bright Nights Community Forum will begin with an overview of bipolar disorder. This will be followed by a Q & A and discussion session between the audience and panel. The panel is comprised of:
- Josh Bess, M.D., Clinical Instructor, University of Michigan Department of Psychiatry
- Lindsey Mortenson, M.D., Outpatient Chief Resident, University of Michigan
- Jennifer Montgomery, MSW, LLMSW, University of Michigan
- Amy Rendon, WCHO Clinician at Packard Health & supervisor for the integrated health programs
Background information: The University of Michigan Depression Center's Bright Nights public forum series gives community members the opportunity to obtain up-to-date information on a variety of topics related to depression and bipolar illnesses. The forums are designed to allow for discussion and Q & A between audience members and expert panelists.
