May 2013 Update on the Longitudinal Study of Bipolar Disorder

May 2013 update on our flagship study, the Longitudinal Study of Bipolar Disorder.

903 research participants are currently enrolled, and the project is in its 7th year of follow-up.

  • 611 research participants completed Year 1
  • 462 research participants completed Year 2
  • 347 research participants completed Year 3
  • 219 research participants completed Year 4
  • 124 research participants completed Year 5
  • 51 research participants completed Year 6
  • 7  research participants completed Year 7

Since 2005, the Bipolar Research Team has collaborated in more than 15 bipolar research projects, all of which continue to have active scientific analysis, and 8 continue to recruit new participants for research participation.
