Welcome UROP Students
Welcome to two UROP (University of Michigan's Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program) students who will work with our team this year:
Shayla Murnane is an undergraduate student at the University of Michigan. She is a UROP student working on the MINDS study: "Identification of Neurobiological Phenotypes in Major Depressive Disorder" with Scott Langenecker, Ph.D. She plans to pursue a career in neuroscience and conduct research on brain illnesses.
Anna Pokriefka is a University of Michigan student with plans to major in Brain, Behavior, & Cognitive Science with a minor in Women's Studies. She is a UROP student working on the ERP Study: “Identification of Neurophysiological Markers of Suicidal Behavior and Impulsivity" with Masoud Kamali, MD. Anna may pursue medical school in the future.
